Coffee Pork Ribs

Some said the Coffee Pork Ribs was originated from a Singaporean cook in the navy to delight his fleet by making use of limited ingredients available on the cruise and now it turns to be a signature dish of the country.  One may not be able to imagine how coffee goes with pork ribs but it’s found to be not only creative but also tasty that leaves diners an impactful impression.
 
Marinating the pork ribs overnight to make it tender and juicy, our Chef then deep fries the pork ribs till crispy.  Added our homemade Kopi bean sauce, the rich aroma and sweet yet slightly bitter flavors make the yummy dish stands out from others.
